Sales Training International recognizes that protecting the privacy of all information provided by the online experience is vital to the success of our business and builds the trust of our learners. Therefore, we have adopted the following policy to ensure confidentiality and anonymity.
During the registration process, Sales Training International collects information about individual users in order to fulfill requests, enable transcripts to be readily accessible online and provide other customer support. STI does not collect any information from Website users without their knowledge and consent. Any information that is collected is used for internal purposes only, and will not be distributed to any third parties.
Cookies (small memory files) are used to signal the database that a specific user has logged back in so that it can make that person's information available to them. Cookies are used in the online learning sites, special software applications where we are the web-host, and the Sales Diagnostic Questionnaire (SDQ).
End of course test data and learning activities that you can e-mail results are collected and analyzed from time-to-time for the purpose of improving test questions and learning process. Test questions and learning activities that are not e-mailed or stored in the database are not available to anyone, once the learner logs off.
If you are a part of a group, your online transcript and your diagnostic survey results are viewable by those authorized to see this information, i.e., supervisor, human resources, training, and certain management.
Upon request, Sales Training International will remove users and their information from our database, except data we are required to retain by law or by institutional standards, or enable them to "opt-out" of any further e-mail or contact.
